That Old "We're Running Out AGAIN?!?" Feeling
by Andrew Hackard
October 8, 2012
A couple of weeks ago, Phil and I looked at Munchkin stock levels and sales trends and realized that some of our reprints scheduled for later in 2013 needed to be pulled up to January. And a couple of things that seemed safe suddenly got added to the schedule.
This meant that Production Manager Sam Mitschke and his tireless minions (minia?) Alex, Ben, and Gabby had to shove aside some other work to push reprints out the door by the end of September. They did -- well done, gang! -- and so you shouldn't see any significant interruptions in the supply of Munchkiny goodness on the shelves of your Friendly Local Game Store.
Having to print more games because they're selling absurdly fast is a pretty nice problem, granted, but it's still a pain to clear people's desks on short notice. Thanks to our staff for doing so!
A Reminder
I'll be at The Compleat Strategist in New York from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, October 9, showing off Munchkin Apocalypse and generally being Czarish. Hope to see lots of y'all there!
