A Bit Of Incredible News

Director of Sales Ross Jepson told us last week that PSI, our Atlanta fulfillment warehouse and all-around great partner, is out of Munchkin, Munchkin Deluxe, and Munchkin Zombies.

A quick refresher:

• We just started shipping the fourth printing of Munchkin Zombies to our distributors . . . and it's gone. The fifth printing is planned to ship next spring.
• We just started shipping the second printing of Munchkin Deluxe . . . and it's gone. The third printing is also planned to ship next spring.
• Back in May, we started shipping the 23rd printing of Munchkin. That printing was 100,000 copies and was designed to last us through next summer. Guess what -- it's gone. The 24th printing will start shipping to distributors late next month, and appearing in stores in February. Yes, this print run is even bigger.
• Finally, even though it's not Munchkin, I feel compelled to point out that the latest printing of Zombie Dice sold out completely while it was still crossing the Pacific Ocean. Retailers, contact your distributors now if you need some, because we aren't getting more until after the holiday season.

None of this is catastrophic -- just because we're out doesn't mean that our distributors and our retail partners are out, and you should be able to find the games on the shelves to complete your Santa shopping. After that, however, Zombies and Deluxe might be thin on the ground for a couple of months.

Yeah, we know that selling games too fast isn't a horrible problem . . . it just makes us shake our heads sometimes. Thanks to all our customers, old and new, for making this our best year ever!
