Capsule Machine Rules WILL Expire

Last year, at GenCon and PAX Prime, we had a capsule machine dispensing trinkets such as coins, dice, Munchkin pawns, free games, and the occasional tournament-legal Munchkin rule. These rules were printed on red paper so you could tell immediately what they were.
We printed expiration dates on some of them, but failed to do so on others. This serves as official notice that all rules printed on red slips without an explicit expiration date will expire on August 15, 2012, and will no longer be usable in official Munchkin tournaments at any level.
We've learned our lesson, and will make sure to put explicit expiration dates on all such rules in the future.
